AHahahahaha..... I love break so far. This past week I've been in LA and it was a pretty good trip. When we got there saturday night, my cousin's were having a party with their religious group, which even though sounds odd, was really fun. We played group games and ddr and partied the night away. The next day we drove up to Vegas, which sucked... When we came back we saw LotR: Two Towers which was an amazing movie. (haven't seen it? GO SEE IT!) Played sports with cousin's and their friends, always fun to compete. Palm Springs was pretty much closed when we went on Christmas Day, yea that kinda sucked. I saw Two Weeks Notice, which I only give about a 6.5/10. It wasn't as good and cute as other movies i've seen. Ice Age was another movie I saw, and it was good. Almost as good as Monster's Inc, but not quite. That night I went to In and Out Burger for the first time, and their burgers are as good as everyone says. The fries were bad though. The next day, we went to Six Flags. F@#$%@ AMAZING... They had 2 new rides, X and DejaVu, both quite exceptional coasters. In X, the car turns as they rotate the seats as the tracks twist and turn which added an interesting feeling to the whole ride. DejaVu was quite something special. You start in the car pulled up so that you face downward ( a couple hundred feet in the air), then plumment down and go through the whole ride, and then you end up another vertical tower, except with your back facing the ground now, and go through the same ride backwards. A very cool ride but a little short. The rest of the coasters were pretty good. Viper and Batman are classic coasters that are still fun. Goliath was probably one of the scarier coasters. It has one hellauva high drop... Usually your drops are 1-2, and mebbe 3 seconds at most. This one had a long drop that was almost 5 sec long (feels longer in the ride, esp with the suspence built up). Six Flags would probably have to be the high of my trip. We Seattlites are deprived of not having a decent amusment park. Enchanted village is complete crap after going to Magic Mountain/Six Flags. The next day we spent shopping alittle, and watching Brotherhood of the Wolf and rewatching a chinese movie that my cousin's hadn't seen before. Brotherhood of hte Wolf was bad. Fighting sucked, I can't think of much that was good except for a few random ideas, like a sword that turns into a whip type weapon... Going home was a bitch. We spent like 5-6 hours at the airport. My dad thought the traffic would be bad, so we went an hour earlier, and everything seemed to be going really fast. Car rental and ticket check took like 30min total. We slept in the airport for about 2 hours since we were so early. Then the flight was delayed another hour, because the crew of the plane was late. Yea, it wasn't fun waiting so long. Low of the trip was all the sitting in car waiting to get ot places and waiting overall. High of the trips was all the movies and Six Flags. Back to work and the rest of my boring life now...

Aye, I'm in desperation for more break time... This weekend was hellish, except for Friday and Saturday night. I worked on hw practically the entire time. Once again, I was bitchslapped with more bio hw than I could stand. This following week is even more horrid, with an essay, english test, and a math test. However, to great luck and prayer to the God's, my math teacher has blessed us with the chance to take the test after break instead. Ahhh...... break...... I can't wait... So what am I doing writing here when I have other stuff to do? Because I can only concentrate for so long. I'm sure that happens with other people, you can only read about a neuron for so long or the intestines. Even Angela's Ashes has gotten a bit boring and quite repititious. It was a good book, but it sort of died because it stopped being eventful and the author just kept going on about how he despises the world and jacks off... Anyway, I'll be going to California sometime and that should be fun. Visit some cousins I've met twice, but I don't remember the first time very well, except for playing video games with. (strange memory...) California sounds quite good now...

Ahhh..... Thanksgiving break was nice... oh so nice... After the stressful, yet short, week before, it felt quite nice to not worry as much. Lots of good food this weekend along with time spent with many friends and family. I also got a bit of needed sleep in as well as I know the following week, will be one were I'll be lacking that. I saw a couple movies this weekend, including Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Life or something like it, Return to a better tommorrow (chinese film), and Running out of Time (chinese film). Now for my reviews... Harry Potter was good, as to be expected, however I thought that the first one was better. The first one seemed to have deeper characters and really stuck in my head. The 2nd seemed like a string of random events that hung on to each other by just a thread of evidence. (it's another mystery to be solved by potter) I'll probably read the book sometime so I'll have to make that comparison. It may have been, that I had too high expectations after seeing the first. In Life or something like it, Angelina Jolie plays a top notch reporter who is on the rise in the news world. Then there's that prophet who tells her she's gonna die, and yea you've probably heard that part already. It was put together ok, but the sort of transitional stage Jolie goes through to change her character seemed to go by too fast, so that could have been done better. Overall, it was an OK movie. I would recommend it only if you're into chick flicks or Angelina Jolie. Return to a better tommorrow, is a sequal to the other movies (A better tommorrow 1 & 2, which included Chow Yun Fat in his earlier years) starring, probably the most famous of the 3 main characters, Ekin Cheng. As all other chinese movies, this one was no less whacked than the rest of the lot. Nothing special unless you like guns. Even if you do I would caution you that it's pretty fake. Moving on to Running out of Time (the first one) staring Andy Lau and another fairly famous male actor. This is you classic movie of cop chasing a baddie but its got an interesting twist to it. The "baddie", Andy Lau, suffers from a detrimental case of cancer and only has a few weeks to live. A decent movie, however it has some flaws. Deal with them and watch the movie, because it really isn't bad. I think that's enough... although one more movie I must note is "My Sassy Girl" a korean romatic comedy that is one of the best films in my opinion. Ask me more in person =D Everyone who watched it said it was good. Must be off now...
