It's over...~!!! WAAAAAHHHH NO MORE HIGH SCHOOL. What a bittersweet feeling. From my previous blog, you can get all the good/bad stuff that I wrote on what I thoguht about graduation before the procession. The whole ceremony actually didn't feel that long for some reason. I think it was just cuz I was nervous in front of the 4000 or so people the whole time. It was all quite saddening, to see all the teachers you've come to like and look up to watch you walk away. I feel proud, not because the diploma we got had a blank piece of paper in it... but that I've gone far to reach this benchmark of my life. After the ceremony, getting around Meydenbauer center was hectic. Got to take a few family and friend pictures. After that we all loaded up on buses for our senior party!!!! Probably one of the best nights of my life. Such a good time. So we left around 11ish on our way to an unknown destination for the party. As it turned out, the first place of our party was at the family fun center in Tukwila. Free fun for everyone and food too! Good stuff. Go karts was hella fun, although some didn't think so =P. Bating cages were pretty intense, felt good to smack the crap out of some balls. Arcade games a plenty the whole night. Laser tag was pretty weak. We stayed there until about 2am, from which we left to go to the Rainforest Cafe in South Center Mall. Our PTSA parents had rented the place out for the night until we had to return at 6am. There, we had a DJ, breakfast type buffet, sumo wrestling, black jack tables, a cartoon artist to draw portraits, a game show type game (with buzzers and all), and at the end we were all mesmerized by the great hypnotist. At this point I wasn't that hungry, but I grabbed a little to fill my stomach. Throughout the night I had stayed away by sugar and caffine. Played blackjack, but got bored of it so bet all my money and ended up losing it. O well fake money is worth nothing anyway =P. The DJ was pretty good, cept I wish he woulda played a little more variety of stuff. However, I would have to say that the end hypnotist was probably the best part of the night. Never have I laughed so hard for the most random things that go on in some people's minds. I would have to say that it was pretty real for the most part. Don't think most people were faking it, although the hypnotist caught most of those who were faking and told em to leave... There were about 10 people hypnotized and it was pretty funny what they were all doing. I don't wanna say too much b/c I would really encourage you all to go watch this sometime in real life. It's very intriguing and entertaining. After the hypnotist was finished, we finally loaded up on the buses and went back to the high school to arrive around 6am. This is where I felt the end of my high school career was a little saddening, in a lame way. Everyone seemed to just go off in their own way, probably becuase they were all too tired to stick around and say their goodbyes. I wish we could have done a little more of that, even with those people who I wasn't good friends with. *sigh* O well, people come and go in your life and you have to deal with that fact. The few who stick by for the long run are the ones that really matter. Time for me to go reminice again... =*** I wish everyone a great life in front of them and college career. See you all at the reunion. Peace out for now. **MI Class of 2003**
