My 2 cents

Bleh, another boring week in this long summer... everyone pray for me to get a job >_< If everyone wills it and prays... it has to happen... Hope the places I call open up soon. =/ Anyway... I finally saw a semi-new chinese movie, one of the lunar new years one, My Lucky Star. It features Miriam Yeung and Tony Leung Chiu Wai. A classic romantic feel good comedy that revolves around the concept of Feng Shui. If you're into that stuff, you're in for a treat! If you're not... watch it cuz you're probably bored and have nothing to do but be mesmerized by the power of Feng Shui... ::play eerie music:: Yes this movie is just about everything you could ask for in a Lunar New Year movie... makes you feel good... makes chinese all around feel proud... has a good theme song (I love this duet by the two =D)... just about everything... except for quality laughs. U_U;; Don't get me wrong, there were some "funny parts". But it could have used some more. I'd recommend this movie for any Asian peeps out there and tell them to get in touch with their heritage by checking out Feng Shui for themselves. I think I'm going to hold back my ?/10 rating for now... Peeps needa see it first =P So what else that's more important about me that's happened this past week? NOTHING @_@ Except I got kinda grounded for being out too late one night... =/ But whatever, it's not like there's anything for me to do at home anyway @_@ Can't go out to spend money everyday anyway... And I think it's stupid I'm grounded for staying out too late during summer, on a weekend.......... *sigh* Talk about a queer family life... Well, that's enuf for now. Mebbe I'll write again when something actually happens... in a month or something @_@
